AFTS Inc. aims to satisfy your order as swiftly as possible. Domestic orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of processing, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is through USPS Priority mail or First Class mail. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive goods. Expedited shipping is available.

What size is right for me?

If you want a snug fit, please order one size down from your street shoe size. To select your size refer to our Size Chart or contact us if you need help with personal sizing.

Each AnabelFitness product is handcrafted using standard industry guidelines. Because we are not factory produced there can be discrepancies, allowing for the unique distinctions and minor individual differences of hand tailored goods. If you are in doubt about fit, please contact us and speak to an AnabelFitness representative or send us a traced drawing of your foot or hand and we will select the best fit for you. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. You may also pay for an order by mail with a US check or US bank or postal money order.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii?

Yes we do. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all other domestic and international ports depend on the weight of the order. Please call us for shipping quotes and other information regarding shipping your order to these locations. Extra handling charges may apply and delivery times may be extended.

Do you sell and ship internationally?

Suggestions for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are shipped back at the shopper's expense. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation services are suggested as we are not responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit, or not received.

Sales are final if the following is true

Custom and discounted products, International orders, and worn merchandise are final, non returnable. However, we will readily exchange them for a product of equal value. Additional shipping charges may apply.

One exchange is allowed per order. Exchanges will only be given on goods that are like new, unworn, with their original tags attached. Exchanges post marked outside the time frame of the stated policy will be charged shipping to receive the replacement pair.

Our products are designed to assist participants on wood floors, mats, and similar indoor workouts or lounging. Our grip component does not expressly prevent falling or slipping; with usage the slip resistant quality can wear out. Regular checking of the grip component is advised.

Do you charge sales tax?

Goods are shipped from Michigan USA; sales tax is applied to purchases shipped within Michigan.

How do I care for my purchase?

We recommend hand washing only with a mild detergent and line drying to extend the life of your product. We also suggest proper foot and nail care, so not to create an abrasive surface against; tangle the soft fabric body.
