How do I contact Customer Service?

AnabelFitness requires all Customer Support inquires to be routed via email; AnabelFitness@TheShuStore.com. Due to the importance of our customers, we seek to have written messages, so that we may serve you better. Customer Support is not available over the telephone. All messages emailed to us will be responded to within 24 hours of its arrival.



What is the differences; Standard, Upgraded, and Private Label?

Standard products refer to pairs that are selected from our line outright; without choosing an optional Upgrade. Upgraded products are pairs that are individually created with customized Options; as offered on select product pages. Private Label pairs are tailor made goods handcrafted to the buyer's own specification.



What is the Domestic Return Policy?

Qualified Domestic Returns are hassle free. Just return the unworn, unwashed, like new Standard product, along with its original packaging and invoice to AnabelFitness; postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Products not returned within 14 days and pairs upgraded with a customized sole are considered final sale and are not returnable. Qualified refunds include the cost of the product(s) less the cost of shipping & handling, gift wrapping, and any price discounts or shipping discounts.



What is the Domestic Exchange Policy?

Qualified Domestic Exchanges are hassle free. Just return the unworn, unwashed, like new Standard product, along with its original packaging and invoice to AnabelFitness; postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products kept longer than 14 days and pairs upgraded with a customized sole are considered final sale and are not exchangeable.

One exchange is allowed per order on Standard pairs only. New shipping and handling charges may be applied on orders that received free shipping.

Please contact us to let us know your pair is in transit back and share which style, model, and size you would like to exchange for.



Do you have suggestions for Returns and Exchanges?

Returns and Exchanges of standard products are shipped back at the shopper's expense. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation services are suggested as we are not responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit, or not received.

Please contact us if you are unsure if you qualify for a refund or exchange. When a refund is due, it is for the price of the product only less the cost of free shipping and handling if applicable. Shipping, handling and gift wrap are non refundable. The value of our shipping and handling discount will be deducted on returned orders that received free shipping and on exchanged orders that have been returned for refund. Please allow time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account.



When are sales final; no Returns or Exchanges?

Customized products including goods with an Optional Upgrade (Optional; Superior or Padded Sole), discounted products, worn merchandise, and products not returned within 14 days are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

AFTS Inc. aims to satisfy your order as swiftly as possible. Domestic orders are normally shipped within 72-96 hours of processing, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is through USPS Priority mail or First Class ground mail. Fed Ex Ground and expedited shipping is available. Orders sent to PO Boxes can only be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

For multiple shipping addresses, a separate shipping and handling charge will be assessed based on the product total to each address.

Shoppers will be notified in the case of back ordered item(s) and the approximate date of shipping; your order will be fulfilled as soon as the item(s) are available.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of AFTS Inc.



Do you offer Free Shipping?

Purchases $40.00 and over can choose to receive free domestic 1st class shipping, including Tracking. Orders with the free shipping option can not be sent to multiple addresses. Please choose the option upon check-out and the cart will update automatically for qualifying orders. In the event of a return for refund on orders that received free shipping, the value of our shipping and handling discount will be deducted from the refunded amount.



What is our International Sales Policy?

Most International shoppers can pay in their respective currencies through PayPal. Orders can also be paid in USD or with a US based credit card. International sales are charged and converted using the currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. Orders may be subject to Cross Border fees, bank and credit card fees, currency conversion fees and the receiving country’s Custom tariffs. Duties and/or taxes are assessed by the Customs agency of the destination country. We cannot quote you in advance. You will be notified at the time of delivery the amount due, if any, by your country’s Customs agency. All International orders are Final Sale; no returns or exchanges are available for shipments outside the US.

Our email marketing is permission based. Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to send us a request to cease sending you email. If you wish to do this, simply respond or Update Profile links at the end of any email.

When we receive a request, we search our database for the email address requested. Once located, we permanently delete the address. If the email address can not be located within our database, you may continue to receive emails from us. Until our knowing which address is being solicited, we would need wait to remove the address.

What is the Product Disclaimer?

The product that is offered is specifically designed to assist participants in wood floor, and mat based practice, and workouts on equipment where being barefoot is safely acceptable. Our grip component does not expressly prevent falling or slipping; with usage the slip resistant quality can wear out. Regular checking of the grip component is advised. Please seek the advice of qualified Instructors and Educators when using these products. AFTS Inc., its owners, officers, shareholders, heirs, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be held liable for injury caused by any claims or product we offer and no statement herein is a medical opinion.

The AFTS Inc. Return, Price and Warranty policies shall be routinely updated as necessary, without prior notice as to the effect. All products are produced under fair trade principles, while satisfying required law for importation of foreign goods.

What size is right for me?

Our shoes are form fitting; they wrap themselves around just about any foot. Unlike a street shoe, which allows room at the toe for movement, our products fit more like a sock, conforming to the foot itself. We suggest ordering a full size down (not half size) than your street shoe size for the most conforming fit, or less, if you wish to gain more toe room.

Each AnabelFitness product is handcrafted using standard industry guidelines. Because we are not factory produced there can be discrepancies, allowing for the unique distinctions and minor individual differences of hand tailored goods. If you are in doubt about fit, please contact us and we will select the best fit for you.



What Domestic payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. You may also pay for an order by mail with a US check or US bank or postal money order. In the event of a check payment, the check must clear before products are sent out.



What is the International Shipping Policy?

Shipping outside the US is via USPS Priority Mail, with USPS First Class available to Canada only. FedEx may be available at an additional cost by contacting us prior to purchase. Most orders are shipped within 72-96 hours of processing. Additional charges may apply when alternative shipping methods are selected and are determined by the destination, weight and shipping service selected.

International shoppers are responsible for any and all transaction fees, Customs Declarations and tariff fees. Delivery times are beyond the control of AFTS and are dependent on the destination’s Customs processes and local Postal service. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance are not available for International shipping. The USPS customs number will confirm that the order has been shipped by AFTS. International orders may take 4-8 weeks for delivery and are considered final sale.

Goods are shipped from Michigan USA; sales tax is applied to purchases shipped within Michigan and is calculated on goods, gift wrap and S/H.



How do I care for my purchase?

We recommend hand washing only with a mild detergent and line drying to extend the life of your product. We also suggest proper foot and nail care, so not to create an abrasive surface against; tangle the soft fabric body.
